Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery is £2.89 per order, and subscription boxes are delivered free. The price is shown at checkout before you pay.

When your bars are made and sent

Every box is hand-made in small batches in Chorley, Lancashire. Orders are usually prepared and sent within 5 days. You’ll get an email from us when your order is on its way.

Storage

Bars are best kept in a cool, dry place. Each bar carries a best-before date on the packaging.

If something isn’t right

If your order arrives damaged, is missing something, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund.

Changing your mind

Because our bars are perishable food, the usual 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 doesn’t apply once the bars have been made for you. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering: if we haven’t started making your box, we’ll refund you in full.

Allergens

Full ingredient lists and allergen information are on every product page and on each bar’s packaging. All bars are made in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, other nuts, sesame, soy, milk and gluten. If you have a severe allergy, please get in touch before ordering.
