Who we are
Elemental Bar is run by Alice Tucker, trading as Elemental Bar, at 26 Russell Square, Chorley PR6 0AS, United Kingdom. Our food business is registered with Chorley Council and holds a food hygiene rating of 5.
Placing an order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch email. If we can’t fulfil an order (for example, a bar is out of stock), we’ll tell you and refund anything you’ve paid.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling. Elemental Bar is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Delivery is £2.89 per order (free on subscriptions) and is shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Our products
Our bars are hand-made from whole-food ingredients. Because of this, appearance, texture and weight may vary slightly from batch to batch. Ingredient lists and nutrition values are published on each product page and on the packaging; please check them before you order, especially if you have allergies.
Subscribe & save
If you subscribe, you choose a box and how often it’s delivered. You pay the subscription price when you subscribe and then automatically at the same interval until you cancel. The discount and delivery terms are shown on the product page before you subscribe. Subscribers currently save 10% on every box, and subscription boxes are delivered free.
You can change your box, change how often it comes, update your card or cancel at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee, on our subscriptions page. To change a build-your-own mix, contact us. Changes start from your next box, except a longer gap between boxes, which starts straight away with a new box; the subscriptions page shows anything you’ll pay today before you confirm. Cancelling stops future payments; a box already paid for and made will still be sent. We’ll email you before we change a subscription price, and you can cancel before it applies.
Delivery, cancellation and refunds
See our delivery & returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If something we send you is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a replacement or refund.
Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We aren’t responsible for losses that weren’t foreseeable, or for business losses. We don’t limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law doesn’t let us limit.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on the site when you order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
