OUR STORY
I'm Alice, the founder of elemental bar.
This brand was born from lived experience, not trend, not convenience. My sister has spent most of her life in and out of hospital, and sport became my survival tool.
It grounded me through chaos, gave me rhythm when everything else felt unpredictable.
FRAGILITY UP CLOSE
I grew up with a solid understanding of nutrition, but I quickly realised not everyone has that privilege. I've seen the fragility of our bodies up close.
I've watched my parents pour every ounce of energy into caring for my sister, only to be offered ultra-processed, nutrient-poor food in a place meant to support healing.
That moment changed me. It made me question the entire food environment we’re surrounded by - one built for convenience, not nourishment.
THE INSPIRATION
My dad, who's run Ironman's and ultra marathons to raise money for her, saw his wellbeing plummet in that environment. That made me question everything about how we fuel ourselves.
So I started researching, learning, testing. Not to sell convenience- the world has enough of that- but to build something you can trust. Something that offers strength in edible form.
BECOMING PART OF THE CHANGE
That curiosity grew into purpose. I now study Health, Exercise & Sport at Uni, deepening my understanding of how food shapes performance, resilience, and long‑term health.
Alongside my studies, I teach nutrition in schools, helping children build the foundations I was lucky enough to grow up with.
The more I learn, the more frustrated I become with the current food environment, confusing labels, misleading marketing, and “healthy” snacks that aren’t healthy at all.
I don’t want to sit on the sidelines. I want to be part of the change.
Elemental Bar is my way of pushing back, a small, honest step toward better food.

Through all the lives I've lived at just 18, I've learned to value depth, honesty, and nourishment that supports not just performance, but resilience.
Elemental bar is more than a snack. It's a reminder that food is identity, that nourishment matters, and that resilience can be built one bite at a time.
This is just the beginning - and I’m building it with the hope of shaping a better food environment for everyone.
