OUR STORY
I'm alice, the founder of elemental bar.
This brand was born from lived experience-not trend, not convenience. My sister has spent most of her life in and out of hospital, and sport became my survival tool.
It grounded me through chaos, gave me rhythm when everything else felt unpredictable.
FRAGILITY UP CLOSE
I grew up with a solid understanding of nutrition, but I quickly realised not everyone has that privilege. I've seen the fragility of our bodies up close.
I've watched my parents pour every ounce of energy into caring for my sister, only to be offered ultra-processed, nutrient-poor food in a place meant to support healing.
THE INSPIRATION
My dad- who's run ironman's and ultra marathons to raise money for her- saw his wellbeing plummet in that environment. That made me question everything about how we fuel ourselves.
So I started researching, learning, testing. Not to sell convenience- the world has enough of that- but to build something you can trust. Something that offers strength in edible form.
